Job Description
Primary Purpose:
To support the company's sales objectives by developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Performance Areas:
Sales
• Effective regular sales and product forecasts.
• Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and service
• Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is completed properly.
• Monitor inventory and request restocking of popular items when necessary.
Customer Service and Brand Marketing
• Maintain effective day to day reporting and business feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Customer orders and follow up.
• Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.
• Enhance customer relations.
• Maintain a high standard of brand awareness.
• Perform other duties assigned that is reasonable, related to sales and stock aligned with role purpose.
Job Requirements:
Education:
• NQF Level Five (5) Qualification – Certificate in sales or related field.
Work Experience:
• Four (4) years’ experience in sales, preferable in Business-to-business environment or industrial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of lubrication products, applications, and industry trend
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements:
• Proficient in accounting system (Acumatica).
• Proficient in MS packages (Excel and Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge & understanding of OHSE systems and the requirement
• Code 08 driver’s license
• Forklift license will be an added advantage
